the “oil patch” ultimately gave the company experience in

association owned insurance companies. Most of these companies are

S. domiciled insurers, but Frates has some customers that utilize offshore

thousands of doctors and hundreds of health care facilities. Also, Frates manages a company that provides comprehensive
coverages to 19% of all the banks in the

States. Captives managed by Frates have insured offshore drilling rigs in
many oil and gas preserves, mining and chemical production facilities.
