Donna L. Baker

Vice President, CIC, CPIW

Donna Baker, Vice President, is a commercial/personal lines producer and has been with C. L. Frates and Company since 1984. Her expertise covers a wide variety of classes of business with major focus related to Healthcare/Allied Medical facilities, Financial Institutions and Non-Profit Organizations.

She is a native Oklahoman and attended Oklahoma State University.

She has provided leadership to her community as a volunteer for many civic organizations and takes great pride in retaining her clients over many years.
