Keith Shideler

Bond Director, CIC, CRM

Keith joined C. L. Frates and Company as Director of Bonds in January 2005. Before joining the C. L. Frates team, Keith served the insurance, bonding and risk management needs of many Oklahoma-based clients in the commercial contracting and construction-related support industry. Throughout his 35+ years of experience in the insurance business, he has also worked with Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs, and with USFandG Insurance -- building an extensive understanding and knowledge of the commercial construction industry.

Keith is a graduate of Hendrix College with a BA degree in Business and Economics.  He earned the CIC designation in 1987, and the CRM designation in 2004, and has served on the boards of:

• The Associated Builders and Contractors of Oklahoma
• The Oklahoma Municipal Contractors
• The Construction Industries Coalition
• The Advisory Board of the Associated General Contractors of Oklahoma - Builders Chapter.
