Tom Mulligan
Vice President
Tom has focused his 35 years in the insurance business primarily on the specific needs of financial institutions and the electronic transaction industry. He brought his expertise as an underwriter in these industries to C. L. Frates and Company in 2002. Before joining the C. L. Frates staff, Tom worked as an underwriter and manager for both USF and G and BancInsure. He is a member in good standing of the Electronic Transaction Association, and has contributed articles to a wide variety of journals focused on financial institution operations.
