Marc Marion, senior vice
president, has 17 years experience in the alternative risk funding and
employee benefit management industry. He joined C.L. Frates and Company in
1999 and heads the company’s Third Party Administration division,
specializing in the development and management of insured
and self-funded employee benefit and workers’ compensation programs.
Marc Marion is a graduate
of
Rick
Franklin is manager of benefits administration at C.L. Frates and Company.
Prior to joining Frates in 1999,
With
more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, Eric Spain
serves as account executive with C.L. Frates and Company for
third party administration services.
Debi
Oliver, Provider Contracting Manager, brings to the Third Party
Administration team a depth of experience from 24 years in the healthcare
industry, including extensive experience in contract development and
negotiation from both the provider and payor
perspective.
Oliver has contract analysis and negotiation experience for a major
national hospital chain, as well as broad administrative experience in
various provider settings.
She provides supplemental contracting and large case negotiation
for TPA clients.
She was recently certified as a Registered Health Underwriter.
