At C.L. Frates and Company, we serve single and multiple employer self-funded clients. We provide medical, dental and flexible spending account services to over 10,000 employees and their families and pay over $40-million in benefit claims annually.
The Frates Benefit Administrators unit is staffed and managed by professionals with extensive experience in healthcare and benefits administration. The team includes on on-site medical director and two registered nurse case managers. Each client is supported by a dedicated team with primary service executed by the Team Leader.
Outstanding Service
We maintain an average turnaround time for all claims of less than 5 calendar days. Our service objective is to maintain turnaround time at or below 10 days.
