As an independent Third Party Administrator (TPA) our sole mission is to meet our clients’ objectives. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality customer service in tandem with comprehensive management of workers’ compensation programs, focusing on substantive values, not gimmicks.
The nature of Oklahoma’s claim adjudication process demands an involved, hands-on approach managed by experienced professionals and selected counsel. Our workers’ compensation service team is the most experienced and knowledgeable group of industry professionals based in Oklahoma. The support team includes a FCAS certified actuary, three attorneys, four CPAs, an on-site medical director, two registered nurse case managers; they are supported by our IT staff and a team of commercial insurance program managers.
The CL Frates IT staff has developed software applications that provide our clients with access to on-demand reporting, usually without additional programming costs. Our technology center includes an RS 6000-based UNIX server and IBM AS/400 computer platform. At C.L. Frates, we provide our clients with total access to experience data and plan management.
